Avanti Abetxuko, local young magazine

Avanti Abetxuko is a new Magazine edited by adolescents between 14 and 18 years of the Abetxuko marginal district at Vitoria-Gasteiz.

Their main aim is to explain their worries and interests along the 52 pages in color. It is written in Basque and Spanish and is expected to be delivered quarterly and for free at Abetxuko's Educative Center, at Vitoria-Gasteiz's Youngs Information Office and Youth Clubs at Civic Centers across the city.

Magazine's sections include their opinion about drug and alcohol consumption between youths, money's role in our society, bullfighting, music and sport. The publication -around 500 copies- is supported by local authorities and european Youth in Action program.
