Basque Statistics Office EUSTAT revealed today investments made in Vitoria-Gasteiz and Alava region during year 2006. In concrete Alava region invested 1,22% of GDP in Research and Developtment, higher than the Spanish average (1,20%) but lower than the european (1,84%).
